The second game will see me facing Bernard and a nemesis army or MRR ( Mid Republican Romans) with Attalid Pergame ally.

Not only will I be outscouted, but also I will have to fight a shield cover army in open plain .

I feared the worst and got it

The roman "weak flank"I will try to engage it and do some damage at least

My skilled bow will advance, shoot , fall back and so on ( very unrealistic but allowed by the rules ) . My shooting will be ineffective, never killing a base.

Trying desperate charge at the one AV roman TUG ( green shields )

The battle is engaged so will my Welsh infantry hold long enough and will I break some roman heads

Meanwhile in the center I wait and hope

The unstoppable romans advance . I never slowed them down. My knights are going in and hope for a quick victory

A few turns later : The knights killed a roman TUG but the romans killed all my PB and took the camp . I am also loosing the phalanxes battle ...

No 2 phalanxes vs one is not enough

I had managed to break another roman TUG and tried ti get at one very damaged legio

The problem being that the welsh flank guard had been vaporized

A difficult situation

All my dice would fail, I tried a desperate flank charge with my knights but the shooty numidians would roll the fatal wound before me charging and so the last hopes of gaining more points would just evaporate with the army morale crumbling.

A nice game which from memory ended 4-15
